Please contact us straight away if you have any problems with damages, missing parts or malfunctions and we will try to sort the situation as quickly as possible.

Please make sure your electrician has tested the light fitting prior to installation as we do not cover any electrician costs.

In most cases we will arrange with you to get the fitting returned or in some cases a photo sighting the damage will be enough to make your claim.

We do not accept “change of mind” or “buyer’s remorse” as once a fitting has been sold we cannot re sell it. So please be very careful and make sure you are choosing the right fitting.

Nobody wants to be stuck with goods that doesn't work, and we're here to ensure that never happens when you with us. If you need to return or exchange something, it couldn't be easier. We appreciate that people are busy so we are committed to making the returns process as simple and efficient as possible.

We will collect the information required to efficiently process your return and you should expect one of our returns team to be in contact with you within 48 business hours of the information being submitted.
